AUSTRALIAN FORMULA ONE SUPERBOAT SERIES

Formula One Superboats are the ultimate in outboard circuit racing and this thrilling event forms the final part of a national seven round series and includes not only the elite Formula One racing but also support classes, including F2, F3, Mono Hulls, Thundercats and jet skis, turning this into a fantastic aquatic day out offering different activities to spectators.

COST: Free to watch or Pit Entry is $10 per person which allows spectators and corporate sponsors to get up close and personal with the drivers, their high performance craft and crews.

RUGBY LEAGUE WORLD CUP - SKILLED PARK, ROBINA

Rugby League's newest Stadium will host two tournament matches kicking off with New Zealand taking on PNG on November 1. Skilled Park will also play host to one of the major matches in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup – the Qualifying Semi-Final on Monday November 10. The Qualifying Final will see the winner of Pool 1 ( Tonga , Samoa , Ireland ) play the winner of Pool 2 ( Fiji , France, Scotland ).
